Life care support and the concierge services are part of the value-added services provided through North Memorial Health and Lifespark at no additional cost under your Medicare plan.

For example, if you are planning elective surgery, simply call the Lifespark concierge service and they will help you with planning and preparation for a more seamless experience. These services integrate seamlessly with all other services you are receiving whether from the North Memorial Health system or other providers. We integrate the life care services with your existing primary care provider and will work with any other providers involved in your care.
